Quick Summary / Abstract
Approve the amendments to The School Board of Broward County, Florida Employment Handbook for Non-Bargaining Unit Employees: Broward Principals and Assistant Association (BPAA), and approval to begin the implementation of the Handbook amendments after the first reading is approved. This is the first reading. The School Board of Broward County, Florida Employment Handbook for Non-Bargaining Unit Employees: Educational Support Management Association of Broward, Inc. (ESMAB), Broward Principals and Assistant Association (BPAA), and Confidential Office Personnel (COPA) has been revised in accordance to Florida Statute 1012.22 requiring a Pay for Performance plan for School Administrators. See attached Executive Summary. There is no financial impact to the District.
