Approve the contract extension for District Wide Relocatable Buildings, Bid No. 2010-04-FC for one year.
The School Board of Broward County, Florida, approved the award of contracts for District Wide Relocatable Buildings (Concrete, Steel & Alternative Buildings), on December 7, 2010, with a contract period of one (1) year from the date of execution, and may, by mutual agreement between The School Board of Broward County, Florida, and the Contractor, upon final School Board approval, be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods, at the sole discretion of The School Board of Broward County, Florida. The School Board of Broward County, Florida, approved the extension of this contract on December 6, 2011, for one (1) additional year, extending the term to December 7, 2012. This item extends the term by one (1) year to December 7, 2013. This is the second and final extension of this contract.

- MVP Contractors, Inc. - District Wide Relocatable Buildings - Group 14 Steel Relocatable Buildings for time only.
- MVP Contractors, Inc. - District Wide Relocatable Buildings - Group 15 Alternative Construction Relocatable Buildings for time only.
Scope of Work: Provide and Deliver Relocatable Buildings to various sites on an as needed basis.
There is no financial impact. This item is not affecting the overall budget; therefore, it does not require a collaboration form from the Capital Budget Department.
