Quick Summary / Abstract Approve the grant of a utility easement to Florida Power and Light (FPL) for electrical service at Nova High School. The proposed 10' utility easement was requested by FPL to provide an underground service line for the new pool and classroom building at Nova High School.   The School Board Attorney has approved the easement agreement as to form and legal content. There is no financial impact to the district; therefore, this item does not require a collaboration form from the Capital Budget Department.
