Quick Summary / Abstract REVISED Approve the recommendation(s) for discipline as listed on the attached list for Instructional / Noninstructional staff.  All recommendation(s) are made with the understanding that these individuals will comply with regulations/policies as set forth by the Florida State Department of Education and The School Board of Broward County, Florida. This disciplinary action recommendation is a result of an investigation by the Office of Professional Standards & Special Investigative Unit.  The individual(s) involved have been provided the opportunity to appear and participate, with representation, before the Professional Standards Committee and in a pre-disciplinary hearing prior to submission of this recommendation.  We have followed the School Board processes for disciplinary action.  The requested action(s) is listed on the attachment.
