Quick Summary / Abstract REVISED Approve the amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for BRPH Companies, Inc., Elementary School “Z” (Site A1), Project Number: 3961-25-02, Reuse of Elementary School “Y” (Coral Cove)/Project No. 2011-24-01. The amendment to the Professional Services Agreement provides for the provisions necessary to convert this project from Design/Bid/Build to Construction Management at Risk in order to align the Project Consultant’s responsibilities with those of the Construction Manager.The School Board Attorney has approved the amendment as to form.
