Quick Summary / Abstract
Adopt Resolution #05-68, Resolution for Roadway Improvements Maintenance Security, Coconut Palm Elementary School. The City has required, as a condition of accepting the improvements to Monarch Boulevard, that the School Board adopt a resolution in the amount of $260,156.25 for the sole purpose of maintaining or repairing the improvements, if required. The creation of such fund shall constitute adequate security for this purpose for a period of one (1) year from the date the City Commission accepts the improvement. The financial impact to the School District is $260,156.25. The source of funds is the Fiscal Year 2000-2001 to 2004-2005 Adopted District Facilities Work Program, August 15,2000, district-wide land.
