Approve the License Agreement between the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center and The School Board of Broward County, Florida, to hold the 2014 Teacher Recruitment Fair. The School Board of Broward County, Florida, will hold the 2014 Teacher Recruitment Fair at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center on July 24, 2014. The venue will be used on July 23, 2014 for set up of the event. It is the policy of the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center for the operator to execute the agreement last. This Agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form and legal content by the Office of the General Counsel. There is no financial impact to the School District's general fund; however; the total estimate expense of $8,080 will be paid with Title II A grant funds. Therefore, this item does not require a collaboration form from the Capital Budget Department.
