Quick Summary / Abstract Approve the termination of Bid 12-007R - Tire Recapping. In Bid 12-007R, General Condition 57 states, "This Bid may be canceled with or without cause by The School Board of Broward County, Florida, during the term hereof upon thirty days written notice to the other parties of its desire to terminate this Bid."  The termination of this bid will be effective August 22, 2013, at midnight. A new contract with revised specifications will be presented to the Board for approval. There is no financial impact to the District.
