Approve the Contract for use of the facilities between Professional Facilities Management and The School Board of Broward County, Florida, for the use of Coral Springs Center for the Arts to hold the Sawgrass Springs Middle School Concert. The School Board will use the Coral Springs Center for the Arts to hold the Sawgrass Springs Middle School Concert for the school year 2011 - 2012. The event is planned for May 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. The Contract has been reviewed and approved as to form and legal content by the Office of the General Counsel. The financial impact to the District is $1,500. The source of the funding is ticket sales for the event; therefore, this item does not require a collaboration form from the Capital Budget Department.
