Quick Summary / Abstract Approve the recommendation(s) for discipline as listed on the attached list for Instructional/Noninstructional staff.  All recommendation(s) are made with the understanding that these individuals will comply with regulations/policies as set forth by the Florida State Department of Education and The School Board of Broward County, Florida. This disciplinary action recommendation is a result of an investigation by the Office of Professional Standards & Special Investigative Unit.  The individual(s) involved have been provided the opportunity to appear and participate, with representation, before the Professional Standards Committee and in a pre-disciplinary hearing prior to submission of this recommendation.  We have followed the School Board processes for disciplinary action.  The requested action(s) is listed on the attachment. There is no financial impact to the school district.
