The job description, for General Counsel Emeritus, has been created to serve the Broward County School District, the General Counsel, and the Superintendent of Schools as a consulting and advisory resource regarding legal and procedural issues of importance to the School District. See attached Executive Summary. There is no financial impact to the district.
