CALL TO ORDER

MINUTES FOR APPROVAL

June 13, 2017 – Leasing Corporation – Special Meeting (Supporting Docs)

PURPOSE OF MEETING: For the Broward School Board Leasing Corporation to Hold the Corporate Annual Meeting as Required in the Bylaws which includes:  Nomination and Election of Directors, Nomination and Election of Officers, and Ratification of Prior Acts, and any other items the Board deems necessary.

SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATION:

1. Nomination and Election of Directors (Supporting Docs)

Motion to nominate the members of the School Board as Directors of the Corporation - Elect the Members as Directors.

There is no financial impact to the School District.

2. Nomination and Election of Officers (Supporting Docs)

Motion to nominate President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Corporation and elect officers.

The Office of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Corporation shall be filled by the Chair, Vice Chair, Superintendent and Treasurer of The School Board of Broward County, Florida respectively.

There is no financial impact to the School District.

3. Ratification of Prior Acts (Supporting Docs)

Motion to ratify any actions taken by the officers and directors of the Corporation since the last meeting on June 13, 2017.

There is no financial impact to the School District.

ADJOURNMENT
